This grainy picture was taken this morning through the sliding glass door off my dining room. I have enjoyed my birds so much this year. This fella came with his mate this morning to bring a splash of sun to a dreary, rainy day. I am grateful for the rain though, as we have been in a drought all winter.
I have been wrapped up in keeping the house neat and clean while it is on the market. My house keeper quit last week. I have hired a new one to start work next week. I am grateful to have a house to clean, and the resources to hire someone else to do it.
We are expecting an offer in the next couple of days, and a second couple is showing interest. I love this place, but it is no longer where we need to live. I think I have gypsy soul. I just have to move from time to time. I am grateful for a husband who is gifted with budgeting and finances so that we are in a position to be able to move and change when the time comes.
Finally, I am grateful to be alive and unharmed and for my children and Mom to be alive and unharmed. We rode our van down an embankment a couple of days age. It was miraculous that we did not roll. I was not even much sore. That my family is safe is truly a gift.

Hi! I'm popping in to a few of the One World, One Heart blogs that I didn't get to back in February just to say Hello. I like your work a lot. Hope the sale of your house goes ok. It must be hard work to keep it in "viewing order" with life going on under the roof, and children too! Good luck with it!
